every notags piece is made to order. because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email contact.notags@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

if the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
